We highly recommend adding a graphic to your SoundStation Music Store, to do this simply login to SoundLoud.com and click 'My Artist Profile' from the main menu. Any uploaded image must be below 80kb, SoundLoud supports image files in gif, png, and jpg formats.

How do I track my SoundStation Music Store activity?

You can view your total visitors, plays, downloads, and earnings information by logging into SoundLoud.com and clicking 'My Dashboard' from the main menu. You can currently sell unlimited digital singles with your SoundStation Music Store. SoundLoud only supports audio files in the MP3 format encoded at 192kbps bitrate or higher and no larger than 25MB each.

How many digital albums can I sell with my SoundStation Music Store?
You can sell an unlimited number of digital music albums with your SoundStation Music Store. Each album can contain an unlimited number of tracks. SoundLoud.com only supports audio files in the MP3 format encoded at 192kbps bitrate or higher and no larger than 25MB each.

What prices can I sell my digital music downloads?
You can sell your digital singles from $0.29 cents up to $1.99 each. Digital music albums can be sold from $4.95 up to $12.99 each. How do fans download songs they have purchased from me?
Fans are able to download high quality MP3's from your SoundStation Music Store widget directly after completing a purchase. Also, customers can conveniently access their music locker containing all downloads ever purchased by logging into any SoundStation widget on the web. Songs purchased may be downloaded a maximum of 3 times per year and must be repurchased if the download limit is exceeded within any given year.

How do I receive royalty payments from my digital music sales?
In order to receive royalty payments, you must add a PayPal account to your SoundLoud profile. PayPal's service allows anyone with an email address to securely receive payments online, to create a PayPal account go to www.paypal.com. In order to transfer your royalty earnings to PayPal you must login to SoundLoud.com and click 'Seller Tools' from the main menu. First save your PayPal account information, then click the 'Send Earnings Now' button anytime you wish to send the current earnings balance to your PayPal account. Unlike our competitors, there is no minimum earnings balance required to send funds to your PayPal account. Please note that PayPal deducts 2% from the payment amount for any payment request below $50 and $1.00 for any payment request above $50. Although you can request your earnings balance once per day, SoundLoud recommends that members only request funds once per month in order to avoid multiple payment request fees.

How do I add a PayPal account to my SoundLoud.com profile?
To add a PayPal account to your SoundLoud profile simply login to SoundLoud.com and click 'Seller Tools' from the main menu. Enter your PayPal email address in the space provided and click the 'Save' button, this information can be modified at anytime.

What does seller status "Pending Approval" and "Approved" mean?
When your seller status is 'Pending Approval', it means that you can sell music downloads but you will not be able to withdraw royalty earnings to your PayPal account until you have updated your SoundLoud account information. When your seller status is 'Approved', it means that your account information has been verified and you can sell music downloads and instantly withdraw royalty earnings to your PayPal account once per day.

What does "Available Balance" and "Pending Balance" mean?
Your amount of uncleared royalty earnings is represented by 'Pending'. For security purposes, 3 business days are required to clear all transactions. 'Available Balance' is your total amount of cleared royalty earnings. You can instantly transfer the 'Available Balance' to your PayPal account.

How do I cancel my account?
If you wish to cancel your SoundLoud membership, just login to SoundLoud.com and click 'Edit Account' from the main menu. Upon cancellation, your account will immediately expire and all associated SoundStation widgets located throughout the internet will be deactivated.
