Concert

A concert is a live music performance in which musicians or singers showcase their art before an audience, occurring across diverse venues—from concert halls, theaters, and clubs to arenas and outdoor festivals—and typically features performers playing songs using instruments, vocals, or both, while relying on stage equipment like microphones, speakers, amplifiers, and lighting systems; it may involve a solo act, a band, an orchestra, or a lineup of multiple artists, providing listeners the chance to experience music in real time and engage directly with performers who might present tracks from their existing repertoire, debut new material, or offer specially arranged versions tailored to the live context, while many concerts are also captured or broadcasted via television, streaming platforms, or other digital media, allowing the performances to reach a broader audience and eventually be released as recordings, videos, or promotional content for fans.
